Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes was founded by Fred and George Weasley around 1994 or previous and they started selling, or at least advertising, in the summer of their 6th year. The following summer they opened premises at 93 Diagon Alley. Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes sells joke and trick items, useful novelties and Defence Against the Dark Arts items. Hogwarts Caretaker Argus Filch, however, has placed a blanket ban on all Weasleys' Wizard Wheezes products at Hogwarts.
